Rental & Tour Information

Thank you for your interest in booking the Agowiidiwinan Centre ! To ensure your meeting or event runs smoothly, we offer a variety of seating configurations tailored to suit different group sizes and meeting styles. We have a total of 12 tables that 2 people each and 56 chairs available for set up, which can be arranged to meet your specific needs.

Below, you’ll find detailed descriptions of our seating options, capacities and the amenities included with you booking as well as the rates.

Podium for Presenters: Ideal for speakers and facilitators, ensuring a professional set up for your event.

Display Technology: We provide two large display screens offering video calling and easy content display during meetings.

Sound System: Our advanced sound system can be set to project sound throughout the entire centre or confined to the boardroom. We also offer two microphones (one handheld and one hands-free) that connect to the system.

Beverages: Coffee: Tea and water are provided for your guests. For additional catering needs, guests are responsible for booking and arranging these services.

U-Shape in Private Enclosed Boardroom – max. capacity 16

This set up is perfect for internal department meetings, the u-shape facilitates a clear line of sight among all attendees and the enclosed boardroom privacy and focus.

Full Space U-Shape – max. capacity 24

For larger gatherings , the u-shape configuration can be expanded to take up the entire space.

Full Space Chairs Only – max. capacity 56

Maximize the seating capacity by opting for a chairs only set-up. This arrangement uses the entirety of the space, making it ideal for events where seating is the priority.

Ideal for: Large presentations, lectures, sharing circles or ceremonies.

Private Enclosed Area Chairs Only – max. capacity 30

If you prefer a more focused environment with fewer participants, this set up offers a balance between capacity and privacy making it suitable for mid-sized gatherings.

Ideal for: presentations or sharing circles.

External Vendor Table & Linen Rental – Additional cost with a max capacity of 48

For larger meetings or events requiring more seating then our standard configurations allow, we offer the option to rent additional tables from a external vendor. This set up can comfortably seat 48 people.
